SW-SINTER FOIL is a flexible, cold-formable composite of glass fiber reinforced impregnated Phlogopite mica paper and one or two layers (F-Version) of non woven glass. All components are bonded together with a high-temperature resistant silicone resin.
SW-SINTER FOIL has the following characteristics: asbestos free, high elasticity and high mechanical stability.
SW-SINTER FOIL is used as a slip plane, coil insulation for the coreless induction furnace, wrapping material for the crucible form and protective barrier during the sintering of the lining material.
